All organisations have a responsibility to keep their employees safe when travelling on business and a requirement to provide assistance when they encounter an issue on the road.
This is more important today than it has ever been and all companies must revaluate their travel programme and safety measures against the reality of travelling in the current environment. Have you updated your travel policy to cater to COVID specific guidelines? What should an employee do if they fall ill during their trip? What contingency plans are in place if you have travellers in a country that is suddenly locked down? Have you reviewed you preferred suppliers to ensure they meet minimum health and safety standards?
These are just some of the questions you need to be asking as you prepare to return to travel. Our experienced Account Managers will guide you through the return to travel protocols and assist you with getting travel ready. Our Return to Travel questionnaire will walk you through some of the considerations you need to address before relaunching your travel programme.
