Your account manager will create an annual business plan and a longer term 3 year or 4 year plan which are measured through Key Performance Indicators and SLA targets. Appropriate activities are tracked, measured, reported and consolidated to a customised score card and visual report.

Data Management

Our team of Account Managers assume overall responsibility for the Atlas Travel service provision. They are the catalyst for implementing new technological efficiencies, savings initiatives and service improvement. They ‘own’ the relationship with our customers and take a hands-on approach to travel management.

From supplier management to advice on monitoring and offsetting your CO2 emissions, your Account Manager is there to advice and assist your team every step of the way.
